Accessibility
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites. This page explains what that means in practice.
What has been done
- Colour and text combinations are checked for contrast, so text is readable for people with low vision or colour blindness.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, without a mouse or touch screen.
- A clear, visible focus outline shows where you are on the page as you move through it.
- Animation respects your device's reduced motion setting, so movement does not appear if you have asked your system to limit it.
- The written content on every page can be read without JavaScript running.
- Text can be resized in your browser without breaking the layout.
This is ongoing work
Accessibility is a genuine goal here, not a claim that everything is perfect. New pages and features are checked as they are built, and older ones are reviewed and improved over time.
Reporting a barrier
If you come across something on this site that is hard to use or read, please let me know. Email hello@newleafcoaching.au with a description of the problem and the page it is on.
What happens next
Every report will be read and responded to, and genuine barriers will be fixed as quickly as they reasonably can be.
