Privacy

This page explains what New Leaf Coaching collects when you get in touch, and what happens to it afterwards. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What is collected

The only personal information collected through this site is what you choose to send, through the contact form or by email. That is usually your name, your email address, and whatever you tell me about your situation.

Nothing is collected automatically about you before you make contact.

Why it is collected

Your information is used for one purpose: to reply to you, understand what you need, and provide the support, training or resources you have asked about. It is not used for anything beyond that.

It is never sold or traded

Your information is never sold, rented or traded to anyone, for any reason.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept only for as long as it is useful, for example while we are in contact, or where records need to be kept for tax and business purposes. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your information, your choice

You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, or to have it deleted. Email hello@newleafcoaching.au and it will be actioned promptly.

Sensitive information

Anything you tell me about your health or personal circumstances is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act. It is only ever collected with your consent, and it is only ever used to provide the support you have asked for.

How to make a complaint

If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, please tell me first, so it can be sorted out directly. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Analytics and tracking

This site currently uses no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, before any are added.
