What working together looks like.

Practical, unhurried, and shaped around you rather than around a programme.

Three ways I work

One to one

Regular sessions, online or in person, at whatever spacing suits you. Some people come weekly for a season. Some come monthly for a year. We work that out together rather than signing you up to a package you have to fit into.

Workshops and group work

Small groups working through the same territory together. There is something particular that happens when you realise you are not the only one, and it is hard to get any other way.

Training for teams

Extended DISC profiling and behavioural training for workplaces, including accredited training if you want the capability in house. This is the one part of my work that is often about a team rather than a person.

What you can expect

  • You will not be asked to retell everything that has happened to you before we can begin.
  • You will not be given a diagnosis, because that is not what this is.
  • You will not be handed a worksheet and left to it.
  • You can say that something is not working, and we will change it.
  • You can stop whenever you want to, without justifying it.

What this is not

This is not medical care, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call 000. If you need to talk to someone right now, Lifeline is on 13 11 14, any time.

I am also not going to promise you an outcome. Anyone who does is selling something. What I can tell you is what the work involves, how I approach it, and that you get to decide at every point whether it is helping.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me roughly what is going on and I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help, including if I think someone else would be a better fit.
